https://scanqr.dynamitetechnology.in/terms-conditions.html

These terms apply to the ScanQR mobile application (com.scanqrdynamite.app) on Google Play and other app stores. By installing or using ScanQR you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The app

ScanQR is a utility that scans and creates barcodes and QR codes on your device. It is provided by Dynamite Technology Private Limited (“we”, “us”). ScanQR is free to download unless a store listing or in-app notice says otherwise.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScanQR on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or by an open-source component’s license.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use ScanQR only for lawful purposes. You must not:

You are responsible for what you scan, create, open, share, or join (including websites, phone numbers, files, contacts, and Wi‑Fi networks).

4. On-device operation

Decoding happens on your phone. History and generated codes stay on the device unless you export or share them. We do not operate a ScanQR account or cloud backup. If you lose the phone or uninstall the app, local history may be lost.

5. Third-party content and apps

A scanned code may open a website, map, phone, email, contacts, Wi‑Fi prompt, or share sheet. Those services are not controlled by us. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or networks.

6. Feedback

If you email feedback to technologydynamite@gmail.com, you grant us a royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve ScanQR. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal data in feedback.

7. Intellectual property

ScanQR, the ScanQR name, and related branding belong to Dynamite Technology Private Limited. Third-party libraries are owned by their respective owners and used under their licenses.

8. Disclaimer

ScanQR is provided “as is”. Scanning accuracy depends on lighting, print quality, camera hardware, and code format. We do not warrant that every code will decode, that joining Wi‑Fi will always succeed, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dynamite Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of ScanQR. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for ScanQR in the three months before the claim (which is zero if the app is free).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes and termination

We may update ScanQR or these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. We may stop offering the app or suspend access if you breach these terms or if a store or platform requires it. You may stop using ScanQR at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
